Shipping policy

Mila Klein Jewelry offers SAME DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. domestic orders. All orders are shipped via USPS. Deadline 3pm for same day Shipping.

Shipping Options

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Depending on the weight starting $3,74 first class package priority shipping (3 business days). Overall less than $4 domestic shipping most cases.
- $34.95 priority express (1 to 2 business days)
 
PLEASE be sure to give the correct address. Not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly supplied addresses. 

Mila Klein Jewelry isn’t  responsible for lost package/stolen/damage so please follow your tracking number. Once the package leaves our venue and is scaned by the post office, is no longer in our hands and we are no longer responsible for it. 

INTERNATIONAL
*All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. We have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them.  The agency will contact you by email, phone, or mail for your approval to add the extra cost. (If you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office.) Once the package reaches your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
In any account that a package is lost or stolen or you have given  the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. Tracking is limited on international packages.​​​​​​ I cannot be responsible for packages that have become lost or stolen via postal system.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped same day until 3pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
