Refund policy

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item.

We want you to have the best experience with your order! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

All  exchanges must be approved before sending it back, they must be postmarked within five (7) days of receiving the ordered merchandise..You can contact us via the website for any needed info if you do not have the return address.  Item(s) must be in original condition, showing no signs of damage or use.  All jewelry boxes, bags & pouches should be returned with the item(s). We don't offer refunds at this time, items can be exchange for merchandise or store credit. Credit will be giving in the amount of the product only, no shipping will be credited. Store credit can be redeem for the same (or greater) value before taxes & shipping fee.  ( a code will be made with either your name or last name, all in caps, for the credited amount) Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
